3 Steps to Build Your Day – A Baton Rouge Costco Grocery Haul
Shopping at Costco can be overwhelming, with so many options in bulk it may be hard to know what to get to help you reach your nutrition goals. So I took my own trip to help simplify some go-to meals for when cooking isn’t on the menu.

Now on to my picks from Costco!
STEP 1: Choose 1-2 from the breakfast block
The Egg’wich and protein bites can be eaten alone or paired with oatmeal or fruit. The chicken sausage and oatmeal make a great combo too!
STEP 2: Build lunch and dinner.
Choose a protein, carb, and veggie (typically I would say fat too but the precooked options normally have some fatso you may not need to add any)
Step 3: Pick two snacks
Some of these you can pair together like beef jerky or cheese sticks with the mini fruit bars. The granola minis and protein shake or grab some fruit and veggies to go with the pumpkin dip and avocado dip!
These 3 steps and Costco no-cook options are great to have on hand when you’re busy with no time to cook. But, you certainly want to get fresh fruits and veggies in your diet as often as you can, these are always readily available!
My goal with my clients is to help them incorporate more whole foods but still have some go-to options when in a hurry so that their journey is realistic for their lifestyle and not stressful.
