I know you’re busy and trying to eat healthy meals to reach your goals but it can be hard if you don’t know what to grab or how to pair items. So to help you out I’ve put together some easy, go-to meals from your local Aldi’s!
Below you will see a few meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks but keep scrolling because after that I have a complete list of my fav products!
Keep in mind that products with simple and clean ingredients are best, when we get busy it’s okay to fill in with some already cooked options.

Quick Meal Ideas
Shrimp Stir Fry

Saute veggies in a pan with some avocado oil, add shrimp, season with a little salt and pepper, simmer with sauce.
Spinach And Artichoke Chicken Pasta

Cook pasta according to instructions, transfer to pot and add sauce and chicken and warm.
Turkey Wrap

Mix salad together, fill wraps with mixture and turkey for an easy lunch!
*Note the wraps and dressing contain soy based ingredients if you have estrogen dominance you may want to avoid these products. The wraps also contain added fiber, if it causes bloating for you, swap to a traditional tortilla.
Roasted Pork with Potatoes And Broccoli

Put all of this on a sheet pan, toss veggies in avocado oil and dry seasoning and bake until it’s all done!
Mexican Chicken Bowl

Cook chicken in skillet, pair with cauliflower rice and black beans, add some avocado for yummy and healthy fats!
Stuffed Chicken with Rice and Veggies

Cook everything according to package directions and eat it together.
Chicken Coleslaw and Rice

Just mix it all together! Great to eat on the go!
