But How?
PHASE ONE
PERSONALIZED NUTRITION ASSESSMENT & PLANNING SESSION
Together we will:

We will identify your sticking points. What has held you back in the past and how will we break through that.

Identify foods and combinations of foods that are best for your goals.

Lay out additional habits that we need to incorporate to help reach your goals. I.e. sleep, exercise, water, etc.

You will be paired with your 1:1 coach who will be your guide for accountability and consistency.

Make your customized nutrition and lifestyle plan!
PHASE TWO
WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK-INS & NUTRITION COACHING
During these sessions we'll:
-
Begin taking food logs to become aware of your habits and relationship with food.

Begin weekly check ins with your coach
-
Implement personalized nutrition plan
-
Receive weekly feedback from your coach to help you eat balanced/clean meals consistently. With the occasional treat ;)
PHASE THREE
REASSESS & CREATE CUSTOM MOVEMENT PLAN
As you progress we will:
-
Assess progress with goals and health, and make changes if needed.

Work on incorporating or dialing in movement and/or exercise.
PHASE FOUR
APPLY LEARNINGS TO MASTER SOCIAL EVENTS, MINDSET & MAINTENANCE
Together we will:
-
Practice mastering outings, events and holidays (hello Mardi Gras!).

Create mindset practices to help you stay consistent or not snowball if you get off track.

Demonstrate maintenance and next steps if needed.

Usually by video call we go through your health history and goals to determine next steps.
Weekly Check Ins
Upload photos, measurements, weight, food logs, hunger levels, sleep quality, mood, energy levels, etc. so we can track progress.
Unlimited Messaging
Access to message me anytime with questions or obstacles.
Accountability & Motivation
A coach to keep help keep you accountable and motivate you to achieve progress and consistency!
Adjustments
Based on your progress and goals I will make adjustments when necessary to the plan.
