White Beans & Sausage Recipe

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil (optional, for sautéing)

  • Magic Swamp Dust Seasoning Blend

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:

    • In a large pot, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat.

    • Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

    • Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

  2. Cook the Sausage:

    • Add the sliced Oak Point sausage to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Add the Beans & Broth:

    • Stir in the Creole Cream Style Navy Beans, Organic Chicken Bone Broth, and Bone Broth Turkey if using.
